Recruiter outreach message builder
A cold message to a recruiter works when it is short and specific: who you are, the exact role, and one concrete reason you are a fit. Longer messages get skimmed or skipped entirely.
This assembles your own inputs into that shape with a fixed template. There is no AI writing anything here, which is also why it is instant and never invents a claim about you that is not in the fields below.

Your message
Hi, I saw the opening for the role you are hiring for at your company and wanted to reach out directly. I would welcome the chance to talk about how that experience fits the role. Thanks for your time, Your name

Everything above is worked out in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or saved anywhere.
How this is worked out
- The message follows a fixed order: who you are messaging, the role and company, one concrete highlight, a call to talk, and a link.
- A recruiter name personalises the greeting when you have it; the message still reads naturally without one.
- Nothing is generated or paraphrased. Every sentence is assembled directly from what you typed.
What this does not cover
- There is no AI call in this tool. It rearranges your own words into a message shape, and will read exactly as generic as the highlight you give it.
- It does not check whether the role or company details you entered are accurate, or whether the recruiter is still hiring for it.
- Send it somewhere the recruiter actually reads: LinkedIn direct message or a direct email is a better fit for this length than a job board’s generic contact form.
Questions people ask
- Should I send this through LinkedIn or email?
- LinkedIn if you can find the recruiter’s profile and are already connected or can send an InMail; a direct email if you have one, since it does not depend on a connection request being accepted first.
- What if I do not know the recruiter’s name?
- Leave it blank. The message still works with a plain "Hi," and addressing the role and company directly matters more than a name in the greeting.
- What makes a highlight actually work here?
- Specificity. "3 years building payment systems at scale" gives a recruiter something concrete to match against the role; "hardworking and passionate" gives them nothing to act on.
