CareerCTO distinguishes institutional records from graduate-provided information. Questpond issues and maintains the verified completion records shown on a profile. A verified completion identifies the program, cohort batch, and completion date recorded by Questpond. Graduates cannot edit those institutional records.

Headlines, biographies, locations, availability, professional links, education, experience, projects, and GitHub activity are supplied or connected by the graduate. Those details help employers and collaborators understand a person’s work, but CareerCTO does not present them as independently verified.

The directory helps employers discover verified Questpond graduates, helps graduates present a consistent professional profile, and gives agents a structured way to find public graduate and job information. Public listings include only published profiles with at least one verified, non-revoked Questpond completion.

CareerCTO is a joint venture between Questpond and TinyCheque. Questpond owns the cohort-completion verification process; CareerCTO operates the directory experience and the systems that connect accounts to eligible graduate records.
