How this is worked out

Common words like "the", "and" and "with" are removed first, using a fixed list of about ninety English stopwords.
What remains is counted, and the fifteen most frequent words are shown with how many times each appears.
Words are matched case-insensitively, so "Python" and "python" count as the same keyword.

What this does not cover

This has no concept of which skills matter for any specific job - pair it with the job description match checker for that comparison.
It does not group synonyms. "Managed" and "management" are counted as separate words, not merged.
A word appearing often is not the same as it appearing in the right context - repeating a skill in a skills list and never showing it in an achievement reads differently to a person than to a filter.
