## About the role

Job ID 2026-14371\. A senior Technical Support role, remote within India, on a 24x7 rotational shift roster\. You resolve cases from customers, partners and the services team, manage incidents and service requests on your own, and act as an escalation resource for cloud-hosted solutions\. ## What you'll do

Act as the primary escalation resource for team members and customers, resolving complex cloud-hosted requests by ticket, phone and email\. Identify trends, improve monitoring of hosted solutions and raise internal efficiency\. Advise on scheduled environment refresh requests\. Improve how audit information is gathered so it meets standards, policies and configuration guidelines\. Help implement, test and maintain the cloud business continuity and disaster recovery plan\. Mentor and train team members and write internal documentation\.

## Looking for

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a record of process improvement and resolving complex technical issues\. ITIL4 Foundation certification and working knowledge of service request and incident management\. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server environments including Active Directory, networking, storage and virtualisation\. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\. Excellent written and spoken English\.

## Nice to have

Hands-on experience with Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, Remedy, Dynatrace, Splunk and AWS services\. Influencing and mobilising team members and partners\. Writing thorough internal documentation on issue resolution and hosted system maintenance\. Spotting inefficiencies and fixing them\. Acting as a trusted advisor across cloud operations\.
