## About the role

Job ID 2026-13963\. A principal DevOps role in Technology - Engineering & Testing, hybrid with three days a week in the Hyderabad office\. You own continuous integration, automation and continuous deployment for internal and external applications, and you set the direction other engineers follow\. ## What you'll do

Design a CI/CD platform and lead its adoption, including solution architecture and strategy\. Optimise CI jobs for efficiency and cost\. Automate application deployment with Kubernetes manifests, Helm charts and Ansible playbooks, and design monitoring and management tooling with high availability in mind\. Partner with other departments on practical automation that eases developers' daily work\. Lead performance and test automation inside the pipeline and resolve complex issues from upgrades, installations and configuration\. Mentor and guide other engineers\.

## Looking for

A BS or MS in computer science or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years in the field\. Experience with CI/CD and release management tools, container platforms and configuration management\. Linux and Windows administration, scripting and enterprise web application configuration\. Continuous integration and deployment in SaaS environments\. Excellent written and spoken English and strong organisation\. Tools in daily use: GitHub Actions, Jenkins or GitLab CI, Ansible, Puppet or Chef, Docker or Podman, Kubernetes with EKS, AKS, GKE or OpenShift, Linux, Python, Bash or Go, Apache Tomcat and Spring Boot, Git with FluxCD or ArgoCD\.

## Nice to have

A track record designing CI/CD platforms and deployment automation and setting adoption strategy\. Designing monitoring and deployment processes for high availability\. Partnering with cross-functional teams on practical automation\. Leading performance and test automation inside CI/CD pipelines\.
