## About the role

Job ID 2026-14168\. A lead product design role in Product Management, remote-first with core hours from 12 PM to 8 PM IST and occasional office days for candidates in or near Kolkata or Hyderabad\. You shape Hyland's healthcare portfolio across back office, payer, clinical, enterprise imaging and radiology\. Some travel to the US or Europe may be needed\. ## What you'll do

Work with senior leaders to shape platform direction, prioritise work and align design decisions with short and long term outcomes\. Lead product discovery with cross-functional stakeholders and drive consensus\. Design scalable systems: patterns, workflows and interaction models that hold up across teams, products and edge cases\. Make accessibility a first-class requirement so experiences meet WCAG 2\.2 AA\. Write annotated design specifications and acceptance criteria for developers\. Lead critiques and mentor team members\.

## Looking for

8\+ years of product design on complex enterprise software with consumer-grade polish, backed by shipped work and measurable impact\. Proven accessibility work delivering products that meet WCAG 2\.1 or 2\.2 AA\. Design system fluency, applying and extending component systems\. Proficiency with Figma, interactive prototypes and clear specs inside Agile delivery teams\. Strong product judgement on trade-offs\.

## Nice to have

Designing AI-enabled or model-driven products, with an eye on transparency, control, safety, bias and quality\. Deep Material Design 3 or Angular Material experience with responsive and adaptive layouts\. Platform and systems design used across several products\. Leading workshops and presenting design direction to senior leadership\. Translating research insights into flows and prototypes\.
