## About the role

Job ID 2026-13941\. An entry-level Technical Support role, three days a week in the Hyderabad office\. You answer monitoring alerts and requests from customers, partners and the services team, and support incident response, disaster recovery failover tests and maintenance windows, with direct oversight from the team\. ## What you'll do

Answer inbound calls, tickets and emails about cloud-hosted solutions and learn the case and ticket workflows\. Talk to customers, partners and internal teams to understand what each ticket needs\. Respond to alerts from internal monitoring tools and take corrective action\. Help support cloud infrastructure, networking and hosting tools so customer solutions stay available\. Troubleshoot basic cloud issues using the company's systems and support processes\. Write internal documentation covering issue resolution and hosted system maintenance\.

## Looking for

An associate's degree or equivalent experience with a foundational understanding of cloud hosting and support processes\. Experience in incident management\. Knowledge of systems administration, Microsoft Windows, networking and virtualisation\. Knowledge of Microsoft Server environments including Active Directory, storage and virtualisation\. Good written and spoken English and sound analytical judgement\.

## Nice to have

Working with cloud infrastructure monitoring tools and corrective action workflows\. Working both independently and within a team\. Contributing to internal documentation and audit information gathering\. Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity in cloud-hosted environments\.
